By using Amri Bookkeeping & Accounting’s services, you agree to the following terms. These apply to all clients, including monthly subscriptions and one-time or project-based services.
1. Scope of Services
Amri Bookkeeping provides professional bookkeeping and financial support tailored to your business. Services may include:

Transaction categorization

Account reconciliation

Financial reporting
-
Cleanup projects
-
Payroll coordination (when agreed upon)
The scope of work is defined in your selected package or written proposal. We do not provide income tax filing, CPA-certified accounting, or legal advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and timely service, clients agree to:

Provide complete and accurate financial data

Grant necessary access to financial systems

Respond to communication and requests promptly
Delays or incomplete information may impact the timeliness and quality of service.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full before services begin.

Monthly clients are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled in writing.

Project-based clients must pay the full invoice amount in advance. Work will not begin until payment is received.
Unpaid invoices may result in delayed service or cancellation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your monthly services at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for completed services, unused time, or partial months.
For project-based work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date.
5. Confidentiality
All financial and business data shared with us is kept strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties outside of necessary integrations (e.g., QuickBooks) unless legally required.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy, but Amri Bookkeeping is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect client data, delays in communication, or decisions made based on bookkeeping reports. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
7. Non-Guarantee Clause
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, audit result, or business performance based on our services. Our role is to provide clear, organized bookkeeping support to help inform your decisions.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue services at our discretion, especially in cases of missed payments, repeated lack of communication, or violation of these terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for unused time.
9. CPA & Tax Disclaimer
Amri Bookkeeping & Accounting does not file taxes, provide CPA-certified services, or offer legal or investment advice. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed professionals for tax or legal matters.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes in advance.
